NAVERQIO Grinders — where the cup is decided
The Antioquia Shop Mill grinds retail bags all day without cooking the coffee: heavy burrs, heavier flywheel logic, a bag clamp that behaves, and guards that keep inspectors as happy as baristas.
A grinder is a bearing problem wearing a coffee costume. We use oversized sealed bearings, direct or belt drives chosen for the burr mass, and motors wound to reach speed without heating the grind path. Retention is engineered out with declumpers, bellows-ready throats and anti-static exits rather than promised away.
Design & Craft
- Motor wound for torque without heat; sealed oversized bearings
- Bag clamp, timed dosing and a spout that respects paper and valve bags
- Machined burr carriers hold alignment through shipping and seasons
- Burr wear tracked by kilograms; replacements change in minutes
- Commissioned and re-checked for alignment after transport
- Retail-scale throughput without scorching — mass where it matters

Questions, Answered
How loud is it?
Measured sound levels are in the specification — our shop grinders run in the low 70s dB(A) under load, single-dosers quieter still. If the grinder is the loudest thing on your bar, something else is very right.
Does it come aligned?
Every unit is shimmed and chirp-checked before dispatch, then re-checked after transport at commissioning. Alignment is a deliverable, not a lottery.
