NAVERQIO Roastery — first crack, on schedule
Roasting in-house is a margin and a story. The Arezzo makes both reliable — between-batch protocol in the firmware, chaff and flue engineering done properly, and our crew handling survey, exhaust and commissioning.
The drum is double-walled carbon steel, seam-welded and balanced, riding on external bearings that never see heat. Faceplates are cast, machined flat, and drilled for the probes a roaster actually uses — bean, environment, and return — with airflow governed by a damper you can feel detents in.
Design & Craft
- Two years parts and labour; wear parts stocked for fifteen
- Airflow with felt detents — repeatable by hand, loggable by laptop
- 1–3 kg drum sized for a café roasting its own menu
- Double-wall drum softens conduction for forgiving development
- CZ-certified gas trains or full-electric elements with honest wattage
- Commissioned on site with curves logging from the first batch

Questions, Answered
Is roasting software included?
Every drum roaster ships with probes wired for standard roast-logging software and a laptop shelf where the platform allows. We commission with curves logging on day one.
Gas or electric?
Sample and smaller shop roasters are electric; larger drums are gas with CZ-certified trains. The listing states which, and dual-energy variants are noted in the options.
