NAVERQIO Brew Bar — patience, plumbed and powered
Every busy bar eventually learns that hot water is a station, not an afterthought. The Caturra is that station: insulated, metered, descale-resistant on treated water, and sized for the afternoon rush it will quietly carry.
Brew paths are food-grade stainless and borosilicate — no plastics where hot water lingers. Elements are PID-held to the half degree, spray heads pulse rather than pour, and every wetted part disassembles for cleaning without tools, because a brewer you cannot clean is a brewer you will not trust.

Questions, Answered
How repeatable is it really?
Recipes are stored to the gram, degree and second, and the machine logs each batch. Two brewers running the same recipe in two cities is the point of the product.
Is it serviceable locally?
Wetted parts disassemble without tools and spares ship from Prague. Annual service is included in the first two years.
