NAVERQIO Roastery — first crack, on schedule
The Ijen handles the unglamorous metres of a roastery — stones out, greens up, cups scored — with the same stainless seriousness as the drum it serves. Nobody photographs it; everybody depends on it.
Roasters are fire, air and iron in agreement. Burners are stainless with electronic ignition and honest gas trains certified for CZ; airflow paths are smooth-bore and cleanable end to end; chaff collection is generous because real roasting is dusty and pretending otherwise burns shops down.
Design & Craft
- Stainless contact surfaces; dust paths sealed and vacuum-ready
- Destoning at throughput matched to your drum, not the brochure
- Two years parts and labour; wear parts stocked for fifteen
- Green handling that respects the bean before the drum does
- CZ-certified gas trains or full-electric elements with honest wattage

Care
Empty the chaff collector every session and degrease the airflow path monthly — a clean roaster is a safe roaster. Bearings are sealed for life; drive belts and thermocouples are user-replaceable spares we keep on the shelf for fifteen years.
Questions, Answered
What about smoke in a shop space?
Afterburners or electrostatic filtration are available for street-front spaces — ask the concierge and we will size one to the roaster and the neighbours.
Gas or electric?
Sample and smaller shop roasters are electric; larger drums are gas with CZ-certified trains. The listing states which, and dual-energy variants are noted in the options.
