Espresso is 98 percent water and 100 percent unforgiving about it. The Liberica settles the matter at the wall — hardness where boilers live long, alkalinity where acidity tastes bright not sour, numbers on a meter instead of in a promise.

Scale is the silent tax on every espresso bar. We remove it before it exists: rated membranes, bypass blending you can actually set, TDS readouts you can actually trust, and remineralisation that puts back exactly the ions extraction wants. Fittings are John Guest-compatible push-fit; leak trays and shutoffs come standard.

Care

Change cartridges by litres, not months — the meter on the head counts for you. Sanitise housings at each change, verify TDS quarterly with the included meter, and re-check the bypass setting whenever the machine or the menu changes.
