NAVERQIO Roastery — first crack, on schedule
Every roastery's most profitable machine is the smallest one. The Liberica turns samples into knowledge — matched-drum protocol work, curves that export to your production profile, and a bench footprint that fits beside the cupping table.
The drum is double-walled carbon steel, seam-welded and balanced, riding on external bearings that never see heat. Faceplates are cast, machined flat, and drilled for the probes a roaster actually uses — bean, environment, and return — with airflow governed by a damper you can feel detents in.
Design & Craft
- CZ-certified gas trains or full-electric elements with honest wattage
- Batch range small enough for greens you only have a handful of
- Bench footprint — a roastery education that fits a shop counter
- Airflow with felt detents — repeatable by hand, loggable by laptop
- Commissioned on site with curves logging from the first batch
- Matched drum pairs available for true side-by-side protocol work

Care
Vacuum chaff after each roast day, check the exhaust run quarterly, and log burner behaviour — drift means cleaning, not failure. Our commissioning visit includes a maintenance rota written for your actual duty cycle.
Questions, Answered
What about smoke in a shop space?
Afterburners or electrostatic filtration are available for street-front spaces — ask the concierge and we will size one to the roaster and the neighbours.
Do I need special ventilation?
Yes — every roaster lists its flue diameter and draw requirements. Our crew surveys the room plan before delivery and can supply the complete exhaust run, including wall or roof termination.
The NAVERQIO Promise
Delivery is not a courier and a doorstep. Our crew carries it in, levels it, plumbs it where plumbing exists, commissions it, and stays for the first flight of shots.
