NAVERQIO Machines — nine bars, held steady

Most bars are won or lost at the two-group. The Mandheling Due holds temperature through the rush, gives baristas override when a shot deserves it, and comes with our crew's installation, water treatment and training as standard.

Thermal mass is the quiet ingredient. Oversized boilers, insulated lines and saturated or thermosyphon groups hold the brew path within a fraction of a degree, so the tenth shot of the morning tastes like the first. PID control reads twice a second; the needle on the gauge is there for the pleasure of it.

Care

Daily: flush groups, brush the screens, purge and wipe wands. Weekly: detergent backflush and basket soak. Yearly: gaskets, shower screens and a NAVERQIO health check. Machines fed with treated water and honest cleaning run for decades — ours are built expecting it.

Questions, Answered

How fast is service if something fails?
Prague and Brno: typically next business day on site. Elsewhere in CZ/EU: advance-exchange parts by courier with a technician on video, or an on-site visit scheduled within the week.

Is training included?
Every machine handover includes a commissioning session; espresso machines add a barista induction on your own equipment — dialling in, milk, cleaning and the daily routine.
