The Mandheling keeps milk at two degrees within a barista's reach — undercounter, isolated so nothing hums through the joinery, and honest about its noise figure before you buy rather than after you open.

Cold is a craft of margins: compressors sized with headroom, food-safe stainless interiors with coved corners, doors that seal with a thunk and hinges that outlive the lease. Temperature holds within a degree of setpoint at bar-room heat, and the noise figure is written on the spec sheet, not discovered at 7 a.m.
