NAVERQIO Grinders — where the cup is decided

Roasteries and delis wear grinders out from the inside. The Maragogype is built for that arithmetic — burr life in the thousands of kilograms, timed dosing for repeatable bags, and a spout that respects valve bags and paper alike.

A grinder is a bearing problem wearing a coffee costume. We use oversized sealed bearings, direct or belt drives chosen for the burr mass, and motors wound to reach speed without heating the grind path. Retention is engineered out with declumpers, bellows-ready throats and anti-static exits rather than promised away.

Design & Craft

  • Burr pairs matched on an optical comparator and shimmed to zero chirp
  • Anti-static grind path with declumper — fluffy grounds, clean fork
  • Retail-scale throughput without scorching — mass where it matters
  • Machined burr carriers hold alignment through shipping and seasons
  • Burr life in the thousands of kilograms, logged by the counter
  • Commissioned and re-checked for alignment after transport

Keep beans out of the hopper overnight, brush the exit path weekly, and use the bellows to clear retention between single doses. Burrs are replaceable in minutes with the included tool; alignment shims and instructions live under the top plate.

Questions, Answered

Does it come aligned?
Every unit is shimmed and chirp-checked before dispatch, then re-checked after transport at commissioning. Alignment is a deliverable, not a lottery.

How loud is it?
Measured sound levels are in the specification — our shop grinders run in the low 70s dB(A) under load, single-dosers quieter still. If the grinder is the loudest thing on your bar, something else is very right.
