NAVERQIO Milk & Cold — texture starts at two degrees
The Matagalpa makes the ice the drink deserves: clear, dense and slow to melt, fed by filtered water, with output and bin figures quoted at bar temperature rather than laboratory optimism.
Milk lives or dies at two degrees. Our cold chain keeps it there — fan-assisted evaporators, honest insulation thickness, HACCP-friendly logging on the larger units — and every wetted milk path on dispensing systems strips down for daily cleaning in minutes.
Design & Craft
- Food-safe stainless interiors with coved, cleanable corners
- Self-cleaning cycles that actually get run — one button
- Compressor mounts isolated — nothing buzzes through the joinery
- Filtered feed protects both machine and flavour
- Daily output and bin capacity stated honestly, at bar temperatures

Questions, Answered
Does it hold temperature in a hot bar?
Rated at 32 °C ambient with margin to spare; the display shows actuals, and the larger units log them for your hygiene records.
Is installation included?
Yes — positioning, levelling, and commissioning are part of CZ delivery, including drain and water connections where fitted.
The NAVERQIO Promise
Delivery is not a courier and a doorstep. Our crew carries it in, levels it, plumbs it where plumbing exists, commissions it, and stays for the first flight of shots.
