Espresso is 98 percent water and 100 percent unforgiving about it. The Matagalpa settles the matter at the wall — hardness where boilers live long, alkalinity where acidity tastes bright not sour, numbers on a meter instead of in a promise.

Scale is the silent tax on every espresso bar. We remove it before it exists: rated membranes, bypass blending you can actually set, TDS readouts you can actually trust, and remineralisation that puts back exactly the ions extraction wants. Fittings are John Guest-compatible push-fit; leak trays and shutoffs come standard.

Care

Membranes want pressure and cleanliness: check the prefilter monthly, log TDS weekly (thirty seconds), and replace stages at the metered interval. Every NAVERQIO system ships with a laminated service card sized to your daily draw.

Can I install it myself?
Filter heads and cartridge systems are hand-tight and push-fit — most customers do. RO and station installs are included in CZ delivery for orders above the noted threshold.

Will this stop scale completely?
Set to the recommended bypass, yes, functionally — hardness lands where boilers live long. The included meter and our quarterly reminders keep the numbers honest.
