NAVERQIO Grinders — where the cup is decided
Shops upgrade machines and discover the grinder was the ceiling. The Mattina raises it — shop-speed throughput, tight particle spreads, and burr life measured in tonnes, tracked by the counter.
Burrs are the whole argument. Ours are cut from hardened tool steel or coated in titanium nitride, measured on an optical comparator, and matched in pairs; carriers are machined, not cast, so alignment survives shipping, seasons and years of shots. Chirp-free at zero, even after the ten-thousandth kilogram.
Design & Craft
- Grind-by-weight dosing lands within a tenth of a gram
- Quiet under load — low 70s dB(A) at full song
- Anti-static grind path with declumper — fluffy grounds, clean fork
- Burr wear tracked by kilograms; replacements change in minutes
- Low-retention throat purges with a single dose after adjustment
- 83–98 mm flat tool-steel burrs for shop-speed espresso with tight spreads

Questions, Answered
How long do burrs last?
Tool-steel burrs are rated in the specification (typically 800–1500 kg for shop sets); titanium-nitride coatings extend that two- to three-fold. Replacements are stocked for fifteen years and change in minutes.
How loud is it?
Measured sound levels are in the specification — our shop grinders run in the low 70s dB(A) under load, single-dosers quieter still. If the grinder is the loudest thing on your bar, something else is very right.
The NAVERQIO Promise
Delivery is not a courier and a doorstep. Our crew carries it in, levels it, plumbs it where plumbing exists, commissions it, and stays for the first flight of shots.
