NAVERQIO Milk & Cold — texture starts at two degrees
Espresso tonics and cold brew live or die on ice. The Mattina takes the craft seriously — slow-melt clarity, a self-clean cycle that actually gets run, and capacity honest enough to plan a summer on.
Cold is a craft of margins: compressors sized with headroom, food-safe stainless interiors with coved corners, doors that seal with a thunk and hinges that outlive the lease. Temperature holds within a degree of setpoint at bar-room heat, and the noise figure is written on the spec sheet, not discovered at 7 a.m.

Questions, Answered
Is installation included?
Yes — positioning, levelling, and commissioning are part of CZ delivery, including drain and water connections where fitted.
Does it hold temperature in a hot bar?
Rated at 32 °C ambient with margin to spare; the display shows actuals, and the larger units log them for your hygiene records.
