NAVERQIO Milk & Cold — texture starts at two degrees
The Mattina pours the cascade people cross the room for: nitrogen-infused cold brew through a stout tap, cold from keg to spout, with couplers and gas gear that any beverage tech recognises on sight.
Milk lives or dies at two degrees. Our cold chain keeps it there — fan-assisted evaporators, honest insulation thickness, HACCP-friendly logging on the larger units — and every wetted milk path on dispensing systems strips down for daily cleaning in minutes.

Keep vents clear, fins clean and seals wiped; log temperatures if your hygiene plan requires it — the display makes it a glance. Refrigerant circuits are sealed and serviced only by certified technicians; everything you touch daily needs no tools.
Questions, Answered
Does it hold temperature in a hot bar?
Rated at 32 °C ambient with margin to spare; the display shows actuals, and the larger units log them for your hygiene records.
What daily cleaning do milk systems need?
Wetted milk paths strip down in minutes without tools and run a guided rinse cycle; the routine is printed on the machine and taught at handover.
