Batch brew is a café's quiet margin — when it is good. The Naranjo keeps it good at volume: logged batches, hold timers with opinions, and cleaning cycles that get run because they are easy.
Precision here is unglamorous: thermistors that read true, flow meters that meter, and firmware that repeats a recipe to the gram and the second, shift after shift. The panels are steel, the carafes are vacuum or borosilicate, and the numbers on the display are the numbers in the cup.

Care
Daily rinse, weekly detergent cycle, monthly spray-head inspection. All wetted parts disassemble without tools; gaskets and spray heads are stocked spares. Keep the water treatment cartridge on schedule and the machine will not remind you it exists.
