NAVERQIO Milk & Cold — texture starts at two degrees
Espresso tonics and cold brew live or die on ice. The Norcia takes the craft seriously — slow-melt clarity, a self-clean cycle that actually gets run, and capacity honest enough to plan a summer on.
Cold is a craft of margins: compressors sized with headroom, food-safe stainless interiors with coved corners, doors that seal with a thunk and hinges that outlive the lease. Temperature holds within a degree of setpoint at bar-room heat, and the noise figure is written on the spec sheet, not discovered at 7 a.m.

Questions, Answered
How loud is it under the counter?
Sound levels are listed per unit — milk fridges sit in the mid-30s dB(A), quieter than the bar's own hum. Compressor mounts are isolated so nothing buzzes through joinery.
What daily cleaning do milk systems need?
Wetted milk paths strip down in minutes without tools and run a guided rinse cycle; the routine is printed on the machine and taught at handover.
