NAVERQIO Milk & Cold — texture starts at two degrees
The Notturno pours the cascade people cross the room for: nitrogen-infused cold brew through a stout tap, cold from keg to spout, with couplers and gas gear that any beverage tech recognises on sight.
Cold is a craft of margins: compressors sized with headroom, food-safe stainless interiors with coved corners, doors that seal with a thunk and hinges that outlive the lease. Temperature holds within a degree of setpoint at bar-room heat, and the noise figure is written on the spec sheet, not discovered at 7 a.m.

Questions, Answered
How loud is it under the counter?
Sound levels are listed per unit — milk fridges sit in the mid-30s dB(A), quieter than the bar's own hum. Compressor mounts are isolated so nothing buzzes through joinery.
Does it hold temperature in a hot bar?
Rated at 32 °C ambient with margin to spare; the display shows actuals, and the larger units log them for your hygiene records.
