NAVERQIO Roastery — first crack, on schedule
Roasting in-house is a margin and a story. The Nyeri makes both reliable — between-batch protocol in the firmware, chaff and flue engineering done properly, and our crew handling survey, exhaust and commissioning.
The drum is double-walled carbon steel, seam-welded and balanced, riding on external bearings that never see heat. Faceplates are cast, machined flat, and drilled for the probes a roaster actually uses — bean, environment, and return — with airflow governed by a damper you can feel detents in.
Design & Craft
- Chaff handling sized for real sessions, cleanable end to end
- Two years parts and labour; wear parts stocked for fifteen
- 1–3 kg drum sized for a café roasting its own menu
- Double-wall drum softens conduction for forgiving development
- Between-batch protocol built into the firmware, not the notebook
- Airflow with felt detents — repeatable by hand, loggable by laptop

Vacuum chaff after each roast day, check the exhaust run quarterly, and log burner behaviour — drift means cleaning, not failure. Our commissioning visit includes a maintenance rota written for your actual duty cycle.
Questions, Answered
Gas or electric?
Sample and smaller shop roasters are electric; larger drums are gas with CZ-certified trains. The listing states which, and dual-energy variants are noted in the options.
Do I need special ventilation?
Yes — every roaster lists its flue diameter and draw requirements. Our crew surveys the room plan before delivery and can supply the complete exhaust run, including wall or roof termination.
The NAVERQIO Promise
Delivery is not a courier and a doorstep. Our crew carries it in, levels it, plumbs it where plumbing exists, commissions it, and stays for the first flight of shots.
