NAVERQIO Milk & Cold — texture starts at two degrees

The Peaberry steams to order at the touch of a cup-size button — programmable foam density per drink, milk drawn cold from the fridge below, and a strip-down clean that takes minutes because it was designed to be done daily.

Cold is a craft of margins: compressors sized with headroom, food-safe stainless interiors with coved corners, doors that seal with a thunk and hinges that outlive the lease. Temperature holds within a degree of setpoint at bar-room heat, and the noise figure is written on the spec sheet, not discovered at 7 a.m.

Care

Clean condenser fins quarterly (a soft brush and two minutes), wipe door seals weekly, and keep 5 cm of breathing room around vents. Milk-path components strip and sanitise daily where fitted — the routine is printed inside the door.
