NAVERQIO Water — the ingredient nobody tastes and everyone drinks
The Ravello is the sensible guardian: a brass head with metered bypass, cartridges matched to espresso duty, and changes that are a hand-turn instead of a plumber. Scale never gets a vote.
Scale is the silent tax on every espresso bar. We remove it before it exists: rated membranes, bypass blending you can actually set, TDS readouts you can actually trust, and remineralisation that puts back exactly the ions extraction wants. Fittings are John Guest-compatible push-fit; leak trays and shutoffs come standard.

Care
Change cartridges by litres, not months — the meter on the head counts for you. Sanitise housings at each change, verify TDS quarterly with the included meter, and re-check the bypass setting whenever the machine or the menu changes.
Questions, Answered
Will this stop scale completely?
Set to the recommended bypass, yes, functionally — hardness lands where boilers live long. The included meter and our quarterly reminders keep the numbers honest.
Does RO waste much water?
Modern membranes with pressure assistance run far tighter than the old horror stories; drain ratios are in the specification, and drain-water heat is negligible at espresso volumes.
