Water service is hospitality's quietest tell. The Taormina gets it right — one treated source, honest flow, taps that feel expensive because they are — and the espresso machine stops moonlighting as a kettle.

Espresso water is designed, not filtered by luck. Our systems pair carbon and membrane stages with mineral dosing, so hardness and alkalinity land where boilers live long and cups taste sweet — typically 40 to 80 ppm with buffered alkalinity. Heads are brass, housings are pressure-rated far beyond mains, and every cartridge change is a hand-turn, not a plumber's visit.

Care

Change cartridges by litres, not months — the meter on the head counts for you. Sanitise housings at each change, verify TDS quarterly with the included meter, and re-check the bypass setting whenever the machine or the menu changes.
