NAVERQIO Brew Bar — patience, plumbed and powered

Cold brew rewards discipline and punishes shortcuts. The Tostino builds the discipline in — sealed cold paths, honest capacities, rates you can set and repeat — so the glass gets the clean sweetness the method promised.

Precision here is unglamorous: thermistors that read true, flow meters that meter, and firmware that repeats a recipe to the gram and the second, shift after shift. The panels are steel, the carafes are vacuum or borosilicate, and the numbers on the display are the numbers in the cup.

Care

Rinse wetted parts daily and run a brewer cleaning cycle weekly with coffee-safe detergent. Descaling is rarely needed on treated water — pair the brewer with proper filtration and the boiler stays honest for years.

Each listing states its happy range. As a rule: batch brewers below half capacity get bitter-fast turnover instead of stale carafes — size to your slowest hour, not your busiest.
