NAVERQIO Machines — nine bars, held steady
The Velluto Due is the working heart of a café: two saturated groups with independent temperatures, steam that never runs out of argument, and volumetrics that keep the queue moving without flattening the coffee.
We build espresso machines the way boiler-makers used to: thick copper and stainless, brass groups machined in-house, silicone-free food-grade seals, and wiring looms labelled so a technician in ten years thanks us by name. Panels come off with a single tool; nothing structural is glued; every fastener is stainless and standard.

Care
Backflush with blind basket daily (water) and weekly (espresso detergent); wipe and purge steam wands after every jug. Change group gaskets yearly, water filtration on schedule, and book the included annual service — our technicians travel with the parts they actually need.

Is training included?
Every machine handover includes a commissioning session; espresso machines add a barista induction on your own equipment — dialling in, milk, cleaning and the daily routine.
Tank or plumbed?
Machines listed as plumbable ship with both options where the platform allows; our installation includes connection to treated water and a drain if they are within reach of the bench.
